Meet Lydia & André Vorster
Andre and Lydia Vorster are a husband-and-wife real estate team with more than two decades of experience in Cape Town’s northern suburbs. Since joining eXp Realty, they’ve achieved multiple awards and mentored agents across the country – helping them unlock more income, more freedom, and more joy in their work.
Lydia was eXp South Africa’s first Capping Agent and Agent Of The Year, and a consistent top producer. Andre combines a strong digital presence with a passion for systems, automation, and tech training. Together, they now help experienced agents transition from traditional real estate to the scalable, cloud-based model of the future.

Meet Shené Vorster
At the young age of 22, Shené Vorster became the youngest capping agent at eXp Realty South Africa – not through luck, but by fully leveraging the power of eXp’s platform and systems.
As a new agent, she tapped into the automated marketing platforms, maximized exposure through international portals, and used eXp’s international collaboration channels to build strategic referral networks.
With no prior real estate experience, she used mentorship, collaboration, and the world-class training from eXp to gain trust and close deals.
